Döhler Turkey is looking for a "Customer Service Specialist - Export" to be employed in our Istanbul Maltepe Office with following qualifications;
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Foreign Trade departments or closely related field,
- Min. 3 years experience on customer service export operations (food&beverage market experience is preferred),
- Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP,
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
- Good team player, strong communication skills,
- Analytical thinking with innovative point of view,
- Willing to take initiative and responsibility,
- No military obligation for male candidates.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Creating customer notifications, follow up the process and setting CS completion in SAP.
- Being responsible for the process of customer service for export customers.
- Being responsible for sample requests, organisation and follow up feedbacks.
- Managing customer master data.
- Creating Workflows for Customer or Group requests (MSDS, specifications etc.).
- Creating contracts, orders and proforma invoices in the system.
- Follow up shipment plans for existing contracts on an annual basis and orders on a monthly basis.
- Implementing continuous monitoring and compliance with contracts, validities, order quantities and deliveries.
- Being in touch with planning department for samples/orders/ batches and availabilities.
- Managing label approval process for shipments.
- Checking requested shipment documents with customers and inform export operation team.
- Follow up overdue payments.
