QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
· Ensuring safety is prioritized in all operations by Bunge and contractors
· Reviewing & preparing contracts
· Execution of import and export operations and follow-up the process via customs brokers, agents and surveillance companies
· Organizing the loading / discharge operations and documentation for the imported / exported goods
· Controlling and reporting cost of the import and export operations
· Contribution to PnL reporting by the calculation of the import and export bogeys
· Liaising inventory reports with the insurance company on weekly and monthly basis, following up warehouse limits
· Follow-up IPR regime / regulations and IPR documents, report company’s IPR status on weekly basis; filing relevant documents to open/close IPR document for the company
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
· Graduated from related departments in University
· 2 to 5 years experience in a similar role
· Problem solving capacities and ability to meet deadlines
· Negotiation skills with the service providers/suppliers
· Knowledge of customs & agriculture regulation is required
· Knowledge of GAFTA & FOSFA Rules is plus.
· SAP knowledge
· Fluent in English
