QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Sumitomo Corporation Dis Ticaret A.S. was established in 1997 as the regional subsidiary of a leading Japanese trading firm, Sumitomo Corporation.

We are looking for a young and proactive person for a position of Foreign Trade Specialist in Chemical Business. The working experience of Sales Support would be helpful for this position and there is an opportunity to develop yourself in Foreign Trade Business field as a member of international company.


QUALIFICATIONS

SKILLS

  1. -Good command of written and spoken English
  2. -Good communication skill in Informing, Reporting and Consultation
  3. -Basic Knowledge of mathematics like cost calculation
  4. -Basic user of MS Office Application
  5. -Minimum 1 year Work Experience in Sales Support Function

JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Import or Purchase related work

- Prepare Purchase Order sheet, Shipping Documents

- Input purchase order on SAP system

- Contact with custom broker, follow up to complete import process

- Arrange the payment to supplier

- Update import schedule

  1. Stock Controlling - Check stocks amount with warehouses and SAP system

- Periodical Inventory check

- Prepare reconcillation of warehouse balance sheet

- Check Inventory application

3. Export or Sales related work

- Create Sales Order on SAP system

- Check credit limit for every delivery

- Issue e-delivery & e-invoice and arrrange related documents

- Arrange the delivery of products from warehouse to customer and follow up the process

- Send sample upon customer’s demands

- Follow up payment collection from customers

4. Risk Management related task

- Support to prepare credit applications for sucomers, inventory and anticipatory application

- Check and control Sales on Credit and Sales Contract amount

- Follow the acccount receivable and collect receivables in time

5. FX related task

- Make FX reservation for each sales/purchase contract

- Coordination between treasury team

- Support month end FX-position control

6. Other secretarial work in the related department

-Arrange hotel, car, restaurance, Air ticket, Meeting room

-Making vouchers, follow up incoming and outgoing invoices timely
