QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an Export Customer Services Specialist to join our Customer Services Department located at Güneşli responsible from international markets of Şölen Çikolata Gıda San ve Tic AS.

  • University graduate from one of the top universities,
  • Experienced at least 2 years in similar position,
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, (Additional language such as French is preferable),
  • Strong communication skills - verbal and written,
  • Ability to communicate effectively to varied audiences,
  • Having strong and authentic business sense with ethical principles,
  • Result oriented personality with high energy level and flexibility,
  • Self-initiative, Passionate, Curious, Customer oriented,
  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP system preferred,
  • Highly competent with MS Office applications,

Job Description

  • Coordinates relationship between overseas customers and relevant departments according to customer requirements and follow up,
  • Supervises all process from order entry to the actual delivery.
