QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for teammates to be assigned to the Istanbul office of Portx logistics. Our company carries out container transportation from US ports. We are looking for experienced or trained teammates who can both speak and write with our American customers.
Qualifications
• To have a good level of English skills. It is necessary to have the ability to actively speak and write.
• It is an ADVANTAGE to have road and freight transportation experience. • Able to use computer and office programs.
• To have organizational and planning skills. • Being able to adapt to working hours (our working hours are 2.00 p.m and 11.00 p.m on weekdays)
• Able to manage customers, strong human relations, dynamic, customer-oriented
• Compatible with teammates, able to follow assigned tasks • Able to keep up with fast and fast work
• Changing with a fast and analytical mindset have the ability to manage priorities
Tasks
• Reviewing incoming delivery orders and pricing the customer. • Entering delivery orders from customers into the system.
• To follow the container in and out records. • Planning the delivery and following the process with the relevant departments.
• Informing the customer about the process. • Invoicing the delivery. Portx logistics company is located in Şişli, Istanbul. Our working hours are between 2.00 pm and 11.00 pm. We are actively working from the office.
