QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION


We are looking for an Export Customer Services Executiveto join our Customer Services Department located at Güneşli responsible from international markets of Şölen Çikolata Gıda San ve Tic AS.

  • Experienced at least 5 years in FMCG industry and similar positions
  • Having strong and authentic business sense with ethical principles,
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills,
  • Strong communication skills - verbal and written,
  • Ability to communicate effectively to varied audiences,
  • Result oriented personality with high energy level and flexibility,
  • Self-initiative, Passionate, Curious, Customer oriented,
  • Experience with SAP system preferred,
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English,
  • Highly competent with MS Office applications,
  • In-depth knowledge of export documents and letter of credit.

Job Description

· Coordinates relationship between overseas customers and relevant departments according to customer requirements and follow up,

· Supervises all process from order entry to the actual delivery.
