What you will be doing as Sales Support & Customer Service Representative
The core focus of activity is to support on operational issues and communicate regularly with local customers and the factories abroad (located in Netherlands, Malaysia and Germany) in order to facilitate the import activities/
This will be done through the following main activities:
? All operational work, paper work and daily reviews of external agencies
? Communicate regularly with local customers and our factories abroad.
? Supports the Sales Manager in matters related to sales if needed
? Order management,
? Weekly / monthly and ad-hoc requested reporting
The position is based in Istanbul. It will report to our Sales Manager, located as well in Istanbul office.
What do we expect?
? University graduate, preferably with a major in Agri/ Economic/ Commercial
? 5 years demonstrated ability in industrial food imports. Preferably having worked with industrial confectionery manufacturers in Turkey.
? English language : Proficient both speaking and writing
? Computer usage: MS Office, SAP- intermediate level
