QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Barilla Turkey seeks to recruit a Sales Field Specialist based in İstanbul. The individual will report directly to Sales Professional.

Job Purpose

Being responsible of the management of e-commerce customers and some Regional Key Account Customers by ensuring strategic partnership and excellence in execution that would influence under the supervision of superior and support the management of defined National Key Accounts.

Job Description:

· Ensuring active customer planning and execution by preparing effective plans to deliver his/her financial targets.

· Ensuring a flawless daily connection with customers through regular visits to guarantee right level of customer collaboration and sustainability in customer relationship management.

· Planning regular field visits to drive continuous development and execution in field management.

· Managing customers with a structured and visible customer management approach through scorecards & dashboards which are updated and shared on regular basis.

· Ensuring that the terms of annual negotiation are well implemented by customers and drive efficiency in trade investment by considering these terms.

· Identifying and highlighting risks & opportunities of customers to deliver better business results continuously.

· Developing new projects which can drive efficiencies and further growth opportunities.

· Ensuring that ROI mindset strongly exists within modern trade account management approach in collaboration with Trade Marketing and Finance teams.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in a related field

· Proficiency in MS Office Applications

· Driving license

· Mobility

· Fluency in English

· Min 1 year of FMCG experience of Modern Trade management (National or Local customers) experience is a must & field sales experience is preferred.

· Strong communication, negotiation, problem solving skills with customer focus and analytical mind
