QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Industrial or Management Engineering)
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Minimum 2-4 years of business experience, preferably in Sales Operations Management
- Advanced use of MS Applications(especially Excel, Power Point)
- SAP knowledge is an asset
- Taking initiative, high self-esteem
- Adding value to our organization
- Competent in teamwork
- Enthusiasm for learning
- Strong communication skills
İŞ TANIMI
The successful candidate will be responsible for key sales operations management team responsibilities;- Work in close coordination with marketing, supply chain, finance and field sales team to achieve sales targets
- Follow-up performance indicators to meet forecast accuracy
- Work closely with marketing and supply chain for monthly forecast process
- Prepare KPI reports, track and initiate corrective actions in order to be meet business targets
- Regularly meet with finance team to discuss financial risk status
- Capable in interpreting data and preparing necessary reports &analysis based on this data
