QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

The Staubli Group is a leading technology group of companies which is known worldwide as the manufacturer of shedding and weaving preparation systems and carpet weaving systems for textile industry, a rapidly growing industrial robots manufacturer and a major address for quick coupling systems. Within our increasing business scope in Turkey, we are seeking for a suitable candidate as “Service Operation Specialist” in our "After Sales Service Department in Textile Division" team.

Qualifications

Provide active support in the following projects:

* To graduate from Vocational School or 4-year departments of universities,

* Very good command of English

* Experience in after sales service operations

* Understanding of basic sales and marketing consepts

* Experience in running and operating ERP, SAP, CRM systems

* Examining and action the requests from the customer or the Service Engineer.

* Customer relations and communication skills,

* Residing in Istanbul Assian part

* Military service must be completed or postpone for 2 years (for male candidates)
