What you will do
Sales Operations Coordinator-Hitachi is a key role reporting to the Customer Service Manager located in İstanbul and is managing the sales and technical operations of Hitachi. You will be based in our Istanbul Office and will be part of an emergent team that is focused on expanding our footprint and customer base to achieve our strong growth objectives.

You will be responsible for entire equipment sales and aftermarket operations either direct or through distribution network. As a member of this team, you will work within a vibrant environment that provides a platform for you to use your experience to generate satisfactory results.


How you will do it
As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you will be concentrating on order processing value chain including entire equipment sales operations either direct or through distribution network.
You will participate in commercial operations with the customer and sales team, oversee the review and acceptance process for all incoming Projects and Sales Orders, establish internal procedures to ensure all sales order documentation is complete & manage the process. You will manage the order placement activities for the region & ensure compliance to company purchasing policies and procedures, delegation of authority and SCM guidelines. You will ensure correct entry & update of data to the ERP system.

You will liaise with factories, vendors and sub-contractors to ensure smooth and timely expediting of orders, deliveries and sales support. You will manage effective communication between Sales organization, Operations, Customers and Suppliers.

You pay attention to detail without losing overall perspective of business and corporate requirements. You have good inter-personal skills and ability to be a part of a large multi-cultured team.


What we look for
Required

  • Good knowledge of computer-based systems, MS-Office applications (especially Excel)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a diverse multicultural work environment
  • Bachelor’s degree required, Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales support
  • Proficient in Microsoft and Oracle/SAP system and data manipulation
  • Upper intermediate level in English language
  • Experience with business intelligence tools such as Salesforce/Visionplus a plus.
  • Demonstrated skills such analytical skills, driver for results, communication, time management, relationship, team working and manage pressure.
  • Processing a high volume of product orders.
  • Processing invoices for incoming/outgoing invoices,
  • Checking prices and contracts are up to date.
  • Support customer about the status of the orders,
  • Management of export documentation and Customs
  • Management of the logistics of processed orders and incident
  • Processing report on daily, weekly, and monthly sales numbers.
