Title : Order to Cash Specialist – End to End

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Fluent in English.
- Min. 2 years of professional experience in related fields such as Supply Chain, Customer Service, Material Planning, Import & Foreign Trade.
- Experience in SAP (SD, MM Modules).
- Strong interpersonal/organizational skills.
- Ability and willingness to work in a team.
- Communicate Effectively: Communicate with openness, clarity, organizational awareness, and empathy to achieve the desired results.
- Demonstrate Customer Focus: Act to deliver customer value while achieving profit table business results.
Job Description:
- Coordinates the End-to-End process. (From demand planning and sales order creation to final delivery.)
- Order Entry / Transitions through Vendor-managed inventory (VMI).
- Inventory / material management of consumer bulk. (Buffer/safety stock)
- Safety Stock/Replenishment orders and importation processes.
- Following up the incoming and outgoing goods on both inbound and outbound processes.
- Coordinates the goods receipt after the compilation of customs clearance.
- Coordinates the Order to Cash processes such as order entry to invoice creation, including Customer Service and Sales Support activities.
- Order monitoring, allocation, bottleneck management.
- Master data maintenance in all relevant SCM areas, including such pricing, APO, MM, etc.
- Coordinate / monitor the local stocks of consumer bulk from the port / terminal or tank farm of the Logistics Service Provider (LSP).
- Coordinates the customs operations with BASF Turk's customs broker with the needed customs documentation.
- Apply CTC business model with BASF Polyurethane Gmbh and customers.
- Control and verification of invoices with Logistics Service Provider (LSP).
- Coordinates local planning and disposition processes of PM Turkey.
- Manage and coordinate material management and import activities, as well as buffer/safety stock of local consumer bulk product inventory for home appliance customers in the local team/country.
- Clarify and provide the needed import documents.
