We are looking for a 'Customer Service Specialist' for our leading multinational client operating in the fmcg.
Job Description:
- Follow up sales orders from inquiry and putting into process till delivery,
- Pricing conditions management (price list and discounts) according to the company policy,
- Manage the day-to-day relationships for identified customer accounts and product orders,
- Provide regular feedback and pro-active communication to the customer and the sales regarding the status of the order or account,
- Assisting customers on any issue, question or complaint,
- Follows up the back orders and enter returns/price differences to the system,
- Prepare daily, monthly and annual sales reports for top management periodically,
- Master data maintenance: customers master data and customers hierarchy relevant for pricing and trade budget management,
- Active involvement in S&OP for demand planning activities,
- Active involvement in cost saving projects related to cost-to-serve as well as distribution operations.
Required Qualifications:
- University degree,
- Good command of English,
- Good computer skills in MS Office and in Excel.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to handle and manage conflict and stressfull/urgency situations,
- The ability to work as a team member, in an international environment.
