QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a “Back Office Sales Assistant” for our global client operating in "Sensor and Automation Industry" with the qualifications below;

  • University degree with good command of written and spoken English,
  • Pre-accounting, import & logistics experience is a plus
  • 2 years experience in a similar role, ideally in a multinational industrial company,
  • Proven office administration skills to be able to run and maintain procedures,
  • Experience in preparing client offers using a CRM system and SAP especially.


Responsibilities


General Administrative Duties;

  • Assisting with customer and other fileing
  • Liaising with Sales & marketing to Sales Emails & distributing accordingly. Emailings using Eloqua actively and coordination of industrial magazine articles and advertisements
  • Supporting the trade fair and seminar organizations in coordination with sales staff
  • Maintaining stationery, including toner cartridges, letter head etc. Stock level and liaising with suplliers to obtain most favourable terms


Customer Order Processing Support;

  • Invoicing and delivery
  • Following up the import/export processes of the goods in coordination with the customs dealer
  • Preparing the bank payment instructions for purchasing, import/exports and tax payments
  • Being able to check stock /delivery times from supplier and any subsequent changes and advise customer accordingly


Sales ledger;

  • Undertaking credit control in accordance with procedures, making notes on system of all customer contact
  • Processing all payment receipts made by either online banking or cheque & prepare banking instructions
  • Processing all statements and debt chase letters in accordance with customer’s payments terms
