We are seeking highly qualified, dynamic candidates willing to pursue a professional career in a rewarding and fast growing business environment as Customer Service Desk & Sales Support MEA. (Ataşehir/İstanbul)
Purpose of Job: Processing and following the whole steps from order-to-cash within the region in line with best practices & SCM strategies and ensuring timely and accurate customer communication. This position reports to Area Sales Manager Turkey & Israel.
Responsibilities
Essential Function 1: Support, guidance, and consultation to divisional operations
- Order processing (Standard orders, sampling and purchase orders for local warehouses of MEA Region)
- Keeping customer service level at highest standards: On time & professional customer communication
- Monitoring / refreshing the local stocks
- Complaints handling & internal communication via e-mail/SAP to finalize the feedback/solution
- Following up the accounts receivables and taking necessary actions to reach BU overdue targets
- Processing the indirect spend items via various tools; SAP, e-procurement and other web based platforms
Essential Function 2: Increase of efficiency
- Application of standard or best practice processes in CSD area
- Seeking improvement areas where possible and adapting accordingly
Essential Function 3: Facilitate an effective communication within the unit
- Interface between Order Fulfillment, transport management, customers and Sales Team
- Supporting the Sales Team and contributing to the Global SCM projects
Requirements
- University degree
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar job
- Fluency in both written and spoken English is a must
- Good knowledge and experience in excel and office software applications, SAP
- Living or willing to live in Asian side of İstanbul
- No military obligation for male candidates
