We are looking for a "Sales Support Specialist" who will work with us in our Istanbul Office.

Job Description :

Pro-actively assist the management with prioritizing creative and influencing the regional distributor & sales team
Assists clients through each step of the sales process helping them resolve any concerns or questions
Play an active role in the projects
Liaise with the customers & distributor on project status
Keeping management informed by submitting activity and results reports
Monitor sales performance through sales tracking tools and report progress to the executives
Provide accurate forecasts by closely following up customers’ possible needs to manage future orders to be dispatched on expected time
Monitoring and analyzing competition and industry trends

Job Specification :

Bachelor’s Degree required.
Professional working proficiency in English for effective written and oral communication
5+ years of sales support experience
Excellent computer skills; MS Excel, SAP experience desired
Knowledge of sales practices and the most efficient customer service techniques
Ability to work in a multinational matrix environment
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to pay attention to details
Ability to interpret sales metrics and perform data entry
Self-motivated, works with a team but also able to work alone
