What You Will Do:

  • Saving customer orders to the system
  • Tracking customer credit limits and open order balances
  • Keeping customer master data up-to-date
  • Tracking and recording customer complaints in the system
  • Tracking customer returns
  • Creation of e-invoices
  • Compliance with procedural instructions and instructions
  • Providing operational support to customer service and logistics teams under the supply chain department, where necessary

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Have 2 - 3 years experience in order picking / order entry processes
  • Have knowledge in the billing process
  • Good use of office tools
  • MS Office knowledge
  • Have good communication skills
  • Dynamic and highly motivated, prone to teamwork
  • English language is a plus
