What You Will Do:
- Saving customer orders to the system
- Tracking customer credit limits and open order balances
- Keeping customer master data up-to-date
- Tracking and recording customer complaints in the system
- Tracking customer returns
- Creation of e-invoices
- Compliance with procedural instructions and instructions
- Providing operational support to customer service and logistics teams under the supply chain department, where necessary
Minimum Qualifications:
- Have 2 - 3 years experience in order picking / order entry processes
- Have knowledge in the billing process
- Good use of office tools
- MS Office knowledge
- Have good communication skills
- Dynamic and highly motivated, prone to teamwork
- English language is a plus
