We are looking for a "Sales Support Specialist " for our leading global client in the “Machinery / Industrial sector.

QUALIFICATIONS;

At least 1 year of product and sales support experience,

To have high motivation and effective negotiation skills to make sales,

Ability to be flexible and creative in communicating with customers,

Fluent communication skills Russian or/ andEnglish,

Preferably with SAP knowledge,

Good knowledge of MS Office applications.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS;

Managing all order processes,

Create new orders, track orders, share the order confirmation, follow shipping issues,

Check all documents for the orders, handle all quality requests, posting documents,

Issue all cases in the system for customers’ requests,

Follow sample operations (order, follow up, share with the customer)

Be in contact with all quality departments, regulatory departments for any changes; customer requests acc to the local regulations update,

Follow up shipment documents for all sales departments.
