QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Profile

• Processing and supporting all export operations after sales,
• Following of the production and supply chain process to complete the order in line with the sales strategy,
• Controlling letter of credits and pursuing documentation process with related bank and customer,
• Managing all the inspection and approval processes before the shipments,
• Coordinating international transport to meet the confirmed delivery dates in a timely and effective manner,
• Supporting customs operations by preparing required export documentation,
• Proceeding whole information interchange process between warehouse, production, sales, and customer,
• Providing support to the customers for complaints after the sales,
• Implementing the obligations through customs regulations,
• Following the required operations of legal duties and reporting to the manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economy, International Relations,Foreign Trade or relevant fields,
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English,
• Minimum 3 years similar work experience,
• Good knowledge of MS Office,
• SAP experience is a plus,
• Excellent coordination skills with clients,
• Living/willing to live in Istanbul Anatolian Side or Gebze/Kocaeli.
