QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for “Customer Service Representative" with the following qualifications to establish a team for our "MEA (Middle East and Africa) & Turkey" cluster.

  • Bachelor’s degree required, advanced or master’s degree preferred,
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English,
  • Good command of MS Office,
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and experience as a customer service representative,
  • Customer-focused to achieve the best result for your customers and the business,
  • Good organization skills and good attention to detail.
  • No military obligation for male candidates.
  • Open to some travel (domestic & foreign) to visit manufacturing sites or customer locations.
  • Preferably residing close or reachable to Ataşehir / İstanbul.


MAIN DUTIES :

Ensure and provide outstanding service to our customers. The service level has to promote a professional image (reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy) of our company by meeting or going beyond customer’s expectations.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Process, organize, validate and ensure follow up of all sales administrative activities.

Related Activities;

· Communication to customer via telephone and in written form.

· Provide correspondence (offer, order confirmation, information, etc.)

· Process inquiries, orders and special requests of customers.

· Enter orders, check orders and follow up orders.

· Co-ordinate and monitor order fulfilment (logistic, production, finance, etc.)

· Update the EDP system (customer master file, etc.)

· Filing and archiving correspondence.

· Monitor customer’s sales development.

· Monitor call off, stock orders, allocations, consignment stock (according to procedure).

· Handle complaints.

· Manage emergencies.

· Follow all procedures related on rebates contracts.

2. Built up “customer relationships” on telephone and in written correspondence in order to distinguish our company in a positive way from competition.

3. Provide the support to Sales and Marketing Team to perform their job competently and to achieve maximum results.

· Inform on order entry together with general summarizing of business activities.

· Telemarketing according to business and country needs.

· Carr out specific analysis upon request of the Marketing Team.

· Take full sales responsibility for certain agreed accounts.
