QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Kofana Digital is looking for a Customer Support Coordinator to be responsible for a team of consultants who will offer excellent customer support service. You will oversee the work of every member of your team and assist them in resolving customer issues, improving customer service and maintaining satisfied customers.

Responsibilities

  • Managing a team of customer support consultants
  • Overseeing the work of every consultants in your team.
  • Handling customer issues brought to your attention.
  • Be responsible for all services provided to the customer.
  • Ensure each client is given the necessary services and follow up to fill ongoing service needs.
  • Ensure that the relevant knowledge base is formed for the customer.
  • Ensures the execution of the necessary procedures for the timely billing of services.
  • Makes periodic reports on service situations and share it with customer monthly basis.
  • Motivating the team to perform at their best.
  • Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and reporting findings to the General Manager.

Position Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal skills in English.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience.
  • Experience with CRM and analytics tools i.e. Salesforce.com would be a plus.
  • Process management skills.
  • Good attention to detail and strong organisation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive team spirit, ability to thrive under high pressure towards achieving goals.
