Qualifications & Job Description
- Bachelor degree from engineering or business faculties of universities,
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer experience in e-commerce,
- Good communication skills in English,
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools,
- Having a strong analytical perspective, with advanced reporting, analysis and presentation skills,
- Strong in communication and successful in human relations, prone to teamwork, able to take responsibility,
Job Description
- Playing an active role in the creation of the customer experience strategy and creating a better customer experience,
- To follow the ratings and comments on the application and in the application stores regularly and to ensure that the relevant units take action,
- To plan and coordinate call center backoffice and live support channels,
- Preparing and analyzing regular reports on customer experience,
- Following up-to-date customer experience practices and ensuring that they are adapted to the company,
- Working closely with other operations and product management units to ensure that customer needs and expectations are implemented in practice,
