We are looking for a 'Customer Experience Executive' for our client who is performing at retail industry.

Qualifications & Job Description

  • Bachelor degree from engineering or business faculties of universities,
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer experience in e-commerce,
  • Good communication skills in English,
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools,
  • Having a strong analytical perspective, with advanced reporting, analysis and presentation skills,
  • Strong in communication and successful in human relations, prone to teamwork, able to take responsibility,


Job Description

  • Playing an active role in the creation of the customer experience strategy and creating a better customer experience,
  • To follow the ratings and comments on the application and in the application stores regularly and to ensure that the relevant units take action,
  • To plan and coordinate call center backoffice and live support channels,
  • Preparing and analyzing regular reports on customer experience,
  • Following up-to-date customer experience practices and ensuring that they are adapted to the company,
  • Working closely with other operations and product management units to ensure that customer needs and expectations are implemented in practice,
