QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Frimpeks is one of the leading manufacturers of self-adhesive label stocks and chemicals in Europe, Americas and Asia. We are seeking to recruit aCUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE to join our export sales team.

  • University Degree,
  • Min. 4 years of export customer service experience in sales divisions.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills both in English and Turkish.
  • Customer and solution oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively with team members who are located in various countries.
  • Good command of MS Office.
  • No military obligation for male candidates.
  • Preferably residing around Maslak, Şişli.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Receiving orders and communicating with planning departments of different Frimpeks factories to ensure orders are shipped on time,
  • Coordinating the dispatches with Logistics department and keeping customers updated about their orders,
  • Responding to customer issues on time and making sure finding the best possible solutions,
  • Working in harmony with Area Sales Managers who are based in different parts of the world to meet the demands of the customers,
  • Assisting Frimpeks subsidiaries abroad operationally whenever necessary,
  • Aligning with finance department in following-up customer receivables,
  • Initiating and implementing initiatives which may improve customer satisfaction levels,
  • Performing other customer service related activities to assist salespeople who are travelling on the market.
