QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Client Relationship Manager
Casalia Design, a brand of London Bridge Ltd, is an interior architecture and design firm based in London. We are looking for a Customer Relations Manager to be assigned in our company's Turkey office (wholly flexible and with the possibility of working from home).
• A native speaker of written and verbal English (interview will be held in English)
• Feeling comfortable with English conversations, follow-ups and reporting with existing/new customers.
• Able to follow up the projects at the highest level by owning the client communications under his/her responsibility,
• At least 3 years of work experience, preferably in customer relations
• Preferably to have at least 1 year of experience in furniture, design, interior architecture services within work experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications,
• Inclined to teamwork, high communication skills, creative, solution-oriented,
• Will be able to dynamically adjust working hours and work flexibly according to the time difference between the UK and Turkey.
• Able to adapt to cultural differences, high tempo and project stress
• No obstacle to international travels when necessary
JOB DESCRIPTION
· To be involved in the design/sales processes by bringing together the needs of our customers we / will serve and the services offered by Casalia Design, to follow the sales and reporting processes,
· Updating the relevant management software within the scope of customer management processes, monitoring company online profiles, providing support for the management of operational administrative activities.
