International Patient Coordinator İş İlanı

QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Maya Medical is a UK based medical tourism company with offices in London and Istanbul. We specialize in arranging hair transplants, plastic surgery and dental treatments for patients travelling from all over the world. We're looking for a passionate International Medical Sales Coordinator with the following qualifications;

Job Description:

· Contacting potential international patients via phone and e-mail

· Providing patients with an assessment by our surgeons and sending them price quotations

· Following up with potential and existing patients to turn leads into sales

· Communicating clearly the necessary information about their selected procedure, hospitals and our surgeons

· Arranging the patients’ hotel stay and their transfers from the hotel to the hospital and clinic

· Keeping in touch with the patients upon their return home and asking for reviews and pictures

Requirements:

· Native or Advanced level of English (will be tested)

· Second European language i.e. French or Spanish is a must

· Minimum 1 year sales experience in healthcare, preferably in Plastic Surgery

· Ability to communicate effectively with our surgeons

· Willing to work around flexible hours including evenings and weekends

· Ability to communicate easily with the patients while they’re in Turkey and upon their return home

· Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota
