Denthub is an international medical tourism company, has locations in Istanbul, Cancun and London. We are specialized in arranging dental treatments. You can get more information from our website. We are looking for International Sales Specialists who are passionate about the medical tourism industry.

Reporting to the Sales Director and Sales Manager, Turkey, you will take on the challenge of managing international patients.



Requirements:

  • University graduate
  • Advanced level of English
  • Great communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Advanced negotiation skills
  • Good listener and explains clearly with confidence and friendliness
  • Able to communicate and convince easily over the phone and online
  • Energetic, passionate and sales driven
  • Maintain good dialogue with patients, while they are in Turkey and after they return home.
  • Get patient reviews and take photos/videos prior to their departure
  • Arrange online consultations or solve complaint
  • Ability to give weekly / monthly reports to management about patients

Job Description:

The candidate will be working in sales department for international patients. The candidate will deal with patient in all the phases of sales process.


  • Contacting with international patients by phone, mail and messaging.
  • Using our online Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Following up with the patients and turning the leads into sales.
  • Explaining clearly the required information to the patients
  • Preparing and sending price quotations
  • Contacting with the Coordinator
  • Other tasks given by management
