QUALIFICATIONS

·Excellent communication skills in English and Turkish, preferably in Italian

-Excellent time management, and planning skills

-Good communication skills with people from multiple cultures/backgrounds

- Previous experiences in healthcare sector and other foreign languages are plus

- Good listener and explains clearly with confidence and friendliness

- Able to communicate and convince easily over the phone and online

- Energetic, passionate and sales driven

JOB DESCRIPTION/TASKS:

The International Sales and Patient Coordinator is a full-time member of the Cygnus Clinic team and will be in charge of responding all inquiries from the potential English-speaking patients and accompanying international patients who come to Istanbul for their surgery, from the moment of their arrival until the moment of their departure.

TASKS:

- Responding all international inquiries from the potential English-speaking patients.

- Contacting with international patients by phone, e-mail and messaging and turning the leads into sales.

- Achieving monthly sales targets and reporting the results to the Sales Manager and Managing Director regularly.

- Accompanying the patient during the operation as well as pre-operation and post-operative processes.

- Maintaining and supporting relationship with patients during their arrival, consultation with the surgeon, surgery day, assist with translation in hospital with healthcare personnel, after-care consultation with the surgeon and finally farewell.

- Writing down the information and answers questions for patients.

- Accompanying the patients during tests, procedures, and appointments.

- Creatively solving communication problems with health care professionals and patients.
