Requirements:
- Advanced level of English + other European languages (Romanian will be an advantage)
- Conversational level of Turkish
- Preferably having a medical tourism background
- Great communication skills with a trust building attitude
- Good listener and good explainer with patience
- Strong organizational skills
- Energetic and passionate about the tasks
- Good reporting skills
Job Description:
- Assisting the patients at all stages regarding their operations.
- Providing translations between the doctors and the patient.
- Guiding, accompanying and visiting the patients whenever necessary.
- Organizing the transfers between the airport-hotel and the clinics.
- Taking initiatives when necessary, problem-solving attitude.
- Constant communication with the Sales and Operation Teams.
- Following up with the patients in post-op period.
