QUALIFICATIONS

University degree,

Minimum 1 year of related experience,

Excellent oral and written English skills,

Effective use of MS Office programs,

Able to communicate and convince easily over the phone and instant messaging tools,

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, good teamwork spirit, self-motive, goal-oriented and energetic.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Deal with patient inquiries via e-mail, telephone, instant messaging or online chat,

Passed the required information clearly to the patients about medical tourism packages that offer,

Give price quotations to patients for medical tourism packages,

Arrange consultation appointments with doctors,

Deliver an excellent customer service & experience.
