QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
For our Aesthetics & Plastic Surgery Clinic located in Suadiye Kadıköy, Istanbul we are looking for International Sales and Patient Relations Specialist.
REQUIRED SKILLS
· Excellent command in English (both verbal and writing skills) is a must
· Experience in sales environment, especially in health sector
· Sales driven, passionate, proactive
· Able to work wrt performance metrics
· Having good communication and negotiation skills
· Able to communicate over the phone and messaging tools
· Average command of Office programs
· Self responsibility and motivation, in addition to planning skills
· Willing to learn medical terminology and aesthetics treatments
· Willing to work within flexible working hours
Nice to have skills
· Additional foreign language (German, Spanish, Arabic)
· Resident in asian side of İstanbul
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Communicating with patients via phone, messaging tools, understanding patient needs
· Offering required treatments & packages, arrangement of doctor consultation appointments, price quotations
· Turning the leads to sales, also following cross sales opportunities
· Responsibility for operational processes including hospital, hotel, transfer arrangements in coordination with the international patients
· Supporting international patients during visits, providing excellent patient experience
· Regular sales reporting
