QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
As Dr.Bora Ok Clinic, we provide plastic surgery services for patients from 50 countries and would like to expand our Sales Team along with our growth strategies. We are looking for new members for our International Sales team.
Responsibilities
- Welcome patient inquiries and demands on corporate communication channels,
- Clarify patients’ expectations and assist the patients throughout the process such as giving information on our services and fees, arranging all appointments including consultation with Doctor, surgery and post-operation visits,
- Actively manage post-operation process and patients’ concerns,
- Maintain a premium patient experience during the process and represent our brand with highest patient satisfaction,
- Regular and timely updates of patient data on Clinic management software,
- Deliver related sales reports to Sales Leader and Management.
Requirements
- Bachelor/Post Graduate degree in relevant field,
- Advance level of English,
- Fluency in French,
- Strong presentation, communication and negotiation skills,
- Well organised and proactive.
