QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an "International Sales Consultant" to be assigned to our International Sales Department.

- English
- French
- Spanish
- Italian
- Norwegian
- Dutch
- She/he can speak at least 2 of these languages at an advanced level,
- Able to sell fluently over the phone,
- Get patient reviews and take photos/videos prior to their departure
- Arrange online consultations or solve complaint
- Maintain good dialogue with patients, while they are in Turkey and after they return home
- High marketing/sales and persuasion skills
- Close monitoring of every stage of the organization,
- Ability to give weekly / monthly reports to management about patients
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Those who live or can live in Istanbul.
Job Description:
- Contacting with international patients by phone, mail and messaging.
- Using our online Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Following up with the patients and turning the leads into sales.
- Explaining clearly the required information to the patients
- Preparing and sending price quotations
- Contacting with the Coordinator
- Other tasks given by management
