General Qualifications and Job Description

Communicating with customers, respond to customer inquiries, guide customers through the purchasing process, give product recommendations, provide necessary export documentation

Responsible for assisting Sales Manager for preparing product pricing quotations

Coordinate shipments and priorities with production

Organizing customs clearance, transportation and shipment processes and arranging documents during export processes

Provides feedback to sales manager in order to meet customer needs

Following customers payment performance and informing related parties

• Graduates from related departments of universities

• Minimum 3 years experienced in export sales and after sales transactions

• Basic understanding in finance departments

• Advanced level of Arabic and English

• Sales-oriented and highly persuasive

• Verbal and written communication skills are strong

• Presentation skills is plus

• Result oriented, strong tracking and reporting direction

• Having an international travel experience and no travel disability
