QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are hiring full time experienced call center sale specialist to our clinic in Ataşehir

JOB DESCRIPTION

*Building relationships with potential customers and responding customer’s needs to give information about services and treatment

*Sharing packages and following up with the patient all along the process. (if necessary, arranging conference calls, video consultation and appointments with doctor)

*Preparing and giving price quotations to patients

*Supporting patients during their treatment process to deliver a good customer experience

QUALIFICATIONS

*Preferably Experience in a sales position in Medical Tourism

*Demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills in communication.

*Abilities to convince easily over the phone.

*Passionate, enthusiastic and sales driven character.

*Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Required Language (Fluent in Writing - Reading - Speaking)

1- Arabic - French - English (With Acceptable Level of Turkish)

2- German - English (With Acceptable Level of Turkish)
