Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university
  • Good knowledge of English is must (2nd language is plus)
  • Experience in health sector is a plus
  • Improved verbal and written expression skills, high communication skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office programs
  • Good at human relations, representation and persuasion
  • Skilled in planning, organization and reporting

Job Description:

  • Responsible of the whole experience of patient at the hospital
  • Informing patients about the additional operations and increase the cross selling.
  • Getting reviews from the patients about their experience for the digital sources that we have ratings in order to increase review scores.
  • Determination and follow-up of the patient's post-operative control appointments by discussing with the doctor
  • Follow-up of patient’s hotel and transfer details.
  • Going to the doctor's control together before the operation, informing the doctor about the operations of the patient and the additional operations they are interested in.
