JOB DESCRIPTION
- To communicate face to face with our patients in Izmir and Istanbul
- Accompanying our patients at the airport for their inbound and outbound flights
- Accompanying our patients throughout their stay and providing the necessary translation service
- Preparing all required documents and ensuring that all documents are correctly explained to the patient and completed
- Ensure follow-up of scheduled patient appointments
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
- C1 level English, Arabic and French knowledge
- Having a professional demeanor and appearance
- Being respectful and courteous to our patients and colleagues
- Willing to work at flexible hours
- Being a member of a dynamic team
- Able to multitask, detect potential problems and work solution-oriented
- Having a high level of patient service skills
- Having a positive and energetic attitude for a fast-paced environment
- High interpersonal communication skills and self-confidence
