QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

If you are;

-a scrutiniser, and constantly seeking scientific information or interested in knowing more about the medical literature,

-interested in welcoming the privilege of participating in international patient experience,

-proficient in the verbal and written English. German, Spanish, Italian as a second language is an asset,

-have excellent communication and negotation skills and theability to empathize with patients,

-are a good listener and pursuer with confidence and a quick learner,

-having advanced computer and MS office skills,

-passionate, goal oriented, and self-motivated and most importantly, sales-driven,

-able to multi-task and do it on timely manner and self-organized,

-analytical thinker and havemathematical intelligence and good at working with numbers,

-ability to deal with unpredictable event or an unforeseeable consequence of events that occur out of the schedule during pre or post-operative period of international patient

-able to tolerate flexible remote work out of office,


Requirements;

-Experience in healthcare is a plus,

-Good at human relations, representation of corporate culture and persuasion, planning, organizing and reporting to relevant superior authorities,

-Ability to react effectively and calmly in emergencies,

-Ability to ensure patient confidentiality as it is one our priority,

-Cool temper and acceptance of rejection and ability to deal with stressful situations.


Job description is including;

-dealing with international patient inquiries on a timely manner via different medium of communication (email, telephone, instant messaging, or online chat),

-answering questions of the patients concerning treatments, doctors, our healthcare facility and ensuring an interactive way of communication,

-successfully managing quotation and pricing of inquired treatments,

-working closely with other departments, clinics, doctors, doctor assistants ensuring clear exchange of information,

-introducing available packages about the inquired procedures clearly and holding the role of communication bridge in between our operating surgeons/doctors and the patients, planning treatments and passing all necessary information about down time, price, surgical details,

-keeping records of patient inquiries & closed deals and information history,

-delivering excellent patient service,

-making travel arrangements for the patients who you dealt with and resolving problems that may arise before during or after the treatment,

-other tasks assigned by the management.
