QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an “International Patient Operations Specialist” with the following qualifications to join at Batıgöz Health Group İzmir-Manisa Branches.
- Bachelor’s degree from related departments of universities
- At least 1 year work experience in the Health Sector,
- Fluent in English and German
- Provide language support to call center operators when necessary,
- Strong planning and organizational skills,
- Adapt to intensive and flexible working hours,
- Speaking fluently and effectively on the phone,
- Strong written and verbal communication,
- Good command of MS Office applications,
- Good in human relations and problem solving skills.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Providing interpret and support services in all operational processes of international patients
- Support in answering calls from international patients to the call center in accordance with standards and ensuring a right information transfer
- Communicating with international insurance companies,
- Making a required direction,
- Providing information about our services,
- Effectively conducting get an information and appointment process
- Ensuring patient satisfaction by providing a quality service,
- Fulfilling patient demands and presenting a required solution suggestions
