Real Estate Consultant (For Fluent English Language):
We are hiring a Real Estate Consultant (CALL CENTER) for our Istanbul Office, in this role at our contact center; you have the unique opportunity to provide outstanding customer service for our company. As a Customer Service Call Center Agent, you will support the success of our company by providing assistance to our customers and potential residents with fast and positive phone service. Requirements:
- The applicant must hold a university degree or institute.
- Skills and Abilities to maintain a positive attitude and maintain telephone skills throughout shift assignment.
- Ability to work well under pressure Ability to follow precise direction consistently without continuous supervision.
- Possess strong communication and problem solving skills.
- Must have the ability to write clear and concise correspondence.
- The applicant must have previous experience in communicating with clients.
- The accommodation should be in Istanbul.
