Job description;
Replying to received leads in a timely manner.
Ensuring patient satisfaction with best-in-class service and accurate information.
Knowing the necessary procedures for giving the right service, explaining this very well and following patient service satisfaction level.
Requirements;
2 years of experience in sales
Proficient in at least two of these languages: English, Arabic, French
Confident, Energetic and Highly Motivated
A great team player with excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Treats patients and co-workers with respect
Excellent command on MS Office Programs
Willing to learn and open to development
