· At least 3 years of experience in the field of Health Tourism,

· Associate degree, preferably University graduate,

· Strong communication, successful in teamwork and human relations,

· Analytical thinking and reporting skills are developed,

· High persuasion ability to create an appointment,

· To adopt customer satisfaction as its primary goal,

· Smooth diction, presentable,

· Will be able to follow up all processes of applications carried out by the Call Center,

· In the Call Center, it will create and follow up the calls and appointments received from customers through digital marketing or direct marketing.

We are looking for teammates who can speak English, Arabic, Italian, French and Spanish at an advanced level for our company, which provides international health tourism services.
