Job Title: Call Center Representative
Job Summary
We are a real estate company looking for a "Call Center Customer Representative" to be assigned to our call center team. The main focus and responsibility are to attract clients through the initial to purchase real estate through our company.
Description of Job Duties:
The following is not intended to represent an all-inclusive list of job responsibilities but to outline the position's ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS.
- Follow through with all customer applications as assigned by the manager.
- Conduct initial phone calls utilizing corporate standards, procedures, and instructions.
- Evaluate potential customer demands and increase their interests.
- Develop methods for creating clients' portfolios to help gain new customers.
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Identify, understand, and document customers' needs and requirements.
- Clarify information received from clients and provide an alternative solution if necessary.
- Able to react effectively and calmly in emergencies.
Required Skills:
- Good analytical skills.
- Good interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Sufficient in MS Office programs.
Required Experience:
- Experienced in a sales role in any sector but preferably in real estate.
- Experienced in a customer service role in any sector but preferably in real estate.
- Worked with a team environment company or function.
Required Education and Training:
- Graduates from related departments of universities.
- Advanced level of English and Arabic or Persian languages,
Candidates who do not live in Istanbul and do not have real estate experience will not be considered.
