Job Description
· Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and making necessary organizations and dial ups,
· Coordinating customer relations with the assistance / insurance company abroad and service provider in Turkey,
· Making organizations such as towing, rent a car, taxi transfers, hospital admissions, hotel bookings, flight tickets, funeral arrangements, organising plumber, locksmith etc services.
· Continuously sustaining flow of information to the related parties.
· Reporting any issue or problem you see or figure during your work to the superiors.
Qualifications/Skills
· University student
· Fluent Speaker of English (both spoken & written)
· Excellent verbal communication skills,
· Active listening skills
· Problem solving skills
· Have customer-oriented approach
· Able to work in 7/24 shifts
· Good command of Microsoft Office
