Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in/focus on Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineeringor relevant education.
  • Experience in the international business environment
  • Advanced level of English
  • No military obligation for male candidates
  • Supply Chain Process Knowledge
  • Customer/Account Management Tools experience is a plus

Job Description:

  • Monitoring and Deep-Dive Analysis on Customer Feedbacks
  • Analyzing trends in customer dissatisfaction and ensuring service improvements and learning’s take place
  • Preparing analysis reports and conducting case studies to improve customer experience.
  • Being voice of our customers by sharing feedback internally to drive a continuous improvement of our customer experience and products
  • Following, evaluating and reporting market conditions and trends
  • Creating Alternative innovation & gogreen projects for new business opportunities
  • Certified Trainings for the country
  • Certified Trainings Tool Deployment
  • Supporting the implementation of the renewal processes in a standardized way
  • Assisting in the determination of country targets and following and reporting the program KPIs
  • TOM (Target operating Model) Deployment
