Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in related fields
- Lubricant sector experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including good facilitation skills
- Good presentation and project management skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and regulations
- Having an audit background
- ISO9001,45001 Internal Auditor certificated
Job Description:
- Coordindate monthly MRPs and Quality Management Reviews
- Ensure full compliance with all relevant regulatory, customer and local legal obligations prior, during and after implementation
- Prepare and conduct audits as required
- Support Trade compliance risk assessments & required activities to ensure trade compliance in alignment with regional and global compliance teams
- Ensure operational training is conducted in accordance to regulation and/or DHL standards and review respective training matrix/plan/records
- Monitor and analyze Quality metrics, investigate non-conformances and create & execute actions plans
- Investigate the risk of business disruptions and implement identified mitigation
- Implement maintain and drive the CAPA process and identified actions, in particular for critical non-conformities from audits (internal+external), customer KPI failure, regulatory requirements
- Liaise with suppliers based on business requirements, monitor performance and where necessary, propose improvements to line manager and implement agreed improvement actions
