QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
In our Smart Infrastructure Electrification and Automation Business Unit, we are searching for a Quality Manager in Projects! This role establishes the defined quality management system tailored/aligned to the project-specific requirements, PM@Siemens Guideline and ISO 9001:2015 standard to ensure the quality in process and product quality in solution/system project to achieve customer satisfaction and business success!
**This role does not have people management responsibility.
What are my responsibilities?
Represent the project internally and externally in matters of quality,
Contribute to project planning to ensure that project-specific quality requirements are considered starting with sales phase,
Develops, controls, and ensures the implementation and improvement of a project-specific QM system documented in the project quality plan,
Establishes and leads the implementation of a quality plan (incl. quality assurance measures such as review / test / validation etc.) for the project derived from existing QM system agreed upon with the own organization, customer, partners and suppliers,
Plan and implement project audits (internal and external),
Initiates trainings for project employees with regards to quality (e.g., methods and processes),
Conducts quality related methodology/tools (esp. risk management, 8D, identify and conduct relevant lessons learned, Quality Gates, NC management, root cause analyzes, etc.).
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering,
- Very good command of Turkish & English both verbal and written,
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications and Office 365,
- Experience in Project Quality and ISO 9001:2015 standard,
- Hands on experience in of quality methodologies and tools
- Strong knowledge in Project Management methodology/tools (PMP certificate is an asset),
- No restriction for travelling in Turkey.
