QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in statistics,mathematics, mathematical engineering, industry engineering and etc.,
- Minimum upper intermediate level at English is a must (both writing and speaking)
- Proficient in using MS Office applications (Outlook and Excel must)
- High customer focus and teamwork spirit.
- Problem solving and crisis management in critical daily issues
Job Description:
- Creating and submitting daily / weekly & monthly demand related reports to the both customer and related DHL teams.
- Preparing monthly Initiative dashboard reports.
- Setting necessary meetings with the related teams within system change periods.
- Meeting the customer’s additional reporting requests
- Process adjustment executions
