QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree,
- At least 3 years of experience in Foreign Trade/ Export and Sales Operations/Logistics and Planning departments preferably in pharmaceutical industry,
- Fluent in English,
- Preferably Russian speaking,
- Has a good knowledge of MS Office applications, SAP SD and MM modules.
Job Description:
- Execution and follow-up of the order, supply of products/materials and the shipment processes of the overseas customers for which he/she is responsible.
- Monitoring and improving the forecasting, planning, production and design processes in order to meet the incoming orders on time in full.
- Ensuring the truck utilization rates and shipment costs are made at an optimum level by following the shipments of products/materials.
- Carrying out the relations of the customers for which he/she is responsible with the Head Office and managing the requests and processes related to product, license, design.
- Following the design, planning and production processes of new products until the launch,
- Initiating and following-up of QMEX and design processes related to all products,
- Carrying out the procurement and dispatch processes of machinery, devices and spare parts in line with the requests received from the countries with production facilities.
- Developing business processes for tracking and reducing customer complaints.
