We are looking for a "Customer Care Specialist" for our customer who has established itself as a major player in “civil”.
QUALIFICATIONS

• University Degree

• Minimum 3-5 year of experience in Customer Service and Logistics Specialist

• Strong interpersonal communication skills

• Good command in English

• Strong skills in MS Office programs,

• Good team member

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Full responsibility for customer orders (from order entry to invoice – all order types)

• Very close cooperation with the sales representative(s)

• Communication with the customers, related with production, shipment, lead times etc.

• Monitoring of trade items dedicated to him/her on a weekly basis and close cooperation with the trade items inventory management responsible

• Responsibility in case of a need for export / Free zone procedures

• Responding prompt to all customers inquiries (samples – documentation requests - product inquiries – prices – etc.)

• Administrative handling and follow-up of customer complaint and case management

• Working close with the sales dept. and the sustainability manager

• Back-up of Customer Services colleagues, sending of the invoices to the customer via internet or courier when needed.

• Following up customer credit approvals with Finance and Sales

• Effective usage of ERP

• Preparing reports that were requested by his/her manager
