- Min. 3 years of professional experience in related fields such as Supply Chain, Customer Service, Supply Planning, Demand Planning.
- Experience in SAP.

Job Description:
- Implement, maintain, and optimize the process in ECO Supply Chain and follow- up ensure realization.
- Ensure high quality and accuracy of Demand Planning Data of ECO
- Consolidate (4 months rolling) forecasts of OEM customers, then evaluate and revise consolidated data in case of need.
- Create and release Purchase requisitions for the following month and upload next 3 months demand plan into SAP on customer basis.
- According to min. / max. quantities in the mixing unit and the component requirements accordingly twice in a week.
- Manage the demand planning process by being proactive in order to maintain optimal stock levels and assure that customers’ supply is without cut.
- Assess the stock of products that will expire in the next six weeks and remark on whether there will be any sales or consumption to provide an early warning.
- Ensure that stock products are available on time and in full on the BASF site, and that ECO meets its inventory target at optimum level.
- Demand and cost oriented management of local stocks in collaboration with supplying BASF companies of 3rd companies.
- Active stock management with working on no-movers, pro-active shelf-life management, means initiation of shelf-life extension before run-out.
- Physically check BASF stock at third-party sites and consignment stock points on a regular basis, and investigate any inconsistencies found.
- Order processing for all transaction types and customer order confirmations.
- Maintaining proactive order monitoring and informing clients about orders and shipment on a regular basis.
- Receivables Management: Monitoring customer over dues, resolving account and pricing queries together with AR.
- Creation of credit and debit notes.
- Single point of contact for existing or potential customers of the sales organization for supply chain issues.
- Support, monitoring and assurance of existing business and development of new business.
- Purchase order entry with punctual and economical supplies in accordance with specification.
- Purchase order entry and stock follow up for BASF warehouses in Turkey.
- Informing the related parties with the status of orders.
- Handling and follow up for import documents and follow up for customs clearance phases.
- Preparing or assisting in preparation of any kind of documents or reports required by customs and other authorities.
- Responsible for QM management: First point contact for customer to return material, follow-up of measures addressed to other parties involved for quick closing of notification.
